**Use of Funds**

The total seed fund and 60% of the public sale raised will be used according to the allocations below: 

● 65% Technical and business development (i.e. human resources of AI, Blockchain, Quant engineers and researchers, software and business developers, and partnership development) 

● 15% Marketing (i.e. human resources of the marketing team, advertisement, communication materials, community building and supports) 

● 10% Operations ((i.e. human resources of the operation and support team, utilities, server, and associated expenses) 

● 10% Legal (i.e. human resources of the legal team and consultants)
